Q: How often should I get a massage?

A: For maintenance, we recommend scheduling a massage or bodywork session every 3-4 weeks. For clients that we are working with on specific dysfunctions such as severe back pain, neck pain, or joint problems, we see them every week or every 2 weeks to make faster progress.
