Olympic weightlifting

Olympic weightlifting is a strength sport consisting of 2 lifts; the snatch and the clean and jerk. In competition, athletes take 3 attempts at each lift to find their maximum capability on the platform. The best of each is added together to reach their “total,” which is compared to the other competitors in their weight class to determine their rank.

Olympic weightlifting is a fantastic sport for all ages and experience levels. The weightlifting community is a blast to be a part of, with encouragement abound and opportunities for growth endless.

From beginner to advanced, we are currently taking new clients for Olympic weightlifting. We are available for remote or in-person training depending on your location.
