Online Primal Group Training - Monthly

The online Primal Group is a monthly subscription to the optimized training group. All group members receive access to the exercise program (4-5 workouts per week) and bi-weekly group video meetings. This program can be done from anywhere! The group meetings are designed to expand on essential training concepts as well as provide a forum for questions, discussion, and sharing experience. This group is an affordable way to receive coaching and team support.

Primal Group Objectives:

  • Provide knowledge on the Nervous System and how it relates to training

  • Educate on how to self-regulate training, food, and actions to better suit individual needs

  • Teach how to optimize training in order to optimize life, efficacy, and happiness

Minimum Equipment needed:

  • Barbell w/ weights, dumbbells, & kettlebells

  • Sled (homemade is ok)

  • Sandbag(s)

  • Weight bench

  • Light strength bands
